I have very severe psoriasis. Can anyone

When I find my skin is really dry, I have a doak oil bath.It is tar based, the smell isn't that bad, but it sure smoothes and moisturizes the skin.,relieves itching.Ive found a lot of olive oil or dead sea products are excellent as a body wash.

cover up (for the ones on my face)

Doak oil bath is a great product to use, it really does help.
